Welcome to the table.

Janine Bivona Nyquist is a chef and culinary creative specializing in recipe development, food and prop styling, content creation, and culinary production for brands, chefs, media, and live events.

With more than 15 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality world, her work has spanned test kitchens and photo sets, national television productions, major food festivals, and live culinary events. Her experience includes work with Food Network, HGTV, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, and the New York City and South Beach Wine & Food Festivals, as well as culinary production and live events alongside some of the industry’s most recognized chefs and culinary brands. That range has shaped the way she creates: Janine understands the food, the visual, the story, and what it takes to bring every piece together seamlessly from concept to execution.

Food is how we gather. It tells a story, leaves a memory, and makes people feel cared for. Janine carries that perspective into every project, considering not only how food tastes and looks, but the experience that surrounds it. Whether she’s developing a recipe, styling a dish for camera, creating content for a brand, or bringing a culinary experience to life, she approaches each project with the same intention: to make food that is beautiful, thoughtful, and genuinely worth remembering.

For Janine, the kitchen has always been a kind of sanctuary: where ideas come to life, food is meant to be shared, and there’s always room at the table.

AT THE HEART OF JANINE’S WORK IS A SIMPLE BELIEF:

The best food is created with intention, shared with generosity, and remembered for how it makes you feel.

So, pull up a chair, and stay awhile.
